Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience in a busy automotive service environment. You will step in as Manager on Duty, help manage workflow, and ensure safety and service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction and feedback to team members.
• Initiative, accountability and follow-through on responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs, resolving concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.
• Support shop performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on leadership responsibilities when the Shop Manager is unavailable.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
