Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Jacksonville, FL to help lead a fast-paced team and ensure a safe, efficient customer experience. You’ll support the Shop Manager, step in as Manager on Duty, and help coach and train crew members.

We value at least 6 months of customer service experience and 6 months of leadership or mentoring. Automotive experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following safety and facility policies.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty by coordinating workflow and guiding the team.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.
