Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, coach a fast-moving team, and deliver a superior customer experience on the shop floor. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping keep the shop safe, efficient and aligned with Take 5 standards.

Automotive experience is valued but not required. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided as you lead by example in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to facility and safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills with the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Take Manager on Duty duties when needed, ensuring safe, efficient service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
• Provide real‑time coaching and recognition for strong performance.
