Take 5 Oil Change in Ohio is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure quick, friendly service. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, drive safety, and uphold Take 5 standards while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty and coordinate workflow.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and uphold service standards.
• Train new team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily inventory counts.
