You'll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience. Training is provided; automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining safety and facility policies.
• Strong communication and ability to give direction and feedback.
• Initiative, accountability and follow-through.
• Ability to stay organized during busy periods.
• Must meet age/certification requirements, including Inspector Certification when required.

Responsibilities

• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Lead by example when Shop Manager is unavailable and coordinate workflow.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and in line with procedures and safety rules.
