You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a safe, efficient customer experience. Automotive experience is valued, but not required; paid hands-on training and strong growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service in a fast-paced service setting.
• 6+ months of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication and ability to coach others.
