Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, lead a fast-paced team, and provide outstanding customer service. You will step in as Manager on Duty, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency on the floor.

We offer hands-on paid training, opportunities for growth within the Take 5 leadership path, and a collaborative team environment. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6+ months of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating workflow for safe, efficient service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing safety and procedures.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
