Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced automotive team. You will support daily operations, develop the team, and ensure a high-quality, friendly customer experience while stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and customer experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring safety, efficiency, and smooth running of the shop.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members and train new hires.
