Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, develop the team, and ensure a fast, friendly customer experience. You may step in as Manager on Duty, helping keep the shop safe, efficient, and on track. We offer paid, hands-on training and a clear path from entry roles to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring safe, efficient service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and in accordance with standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and inventory/counts as needed.
