Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate) or 1-year external supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred
• Able to plan, organize and budget
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Able to manage confidential matters judiciously
• Attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and adaptability as unexpected work environment changes occur in business
• Excellent time management skills
