Billingsley Company is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing maintenance operations across our multifamily communities in Coppell, TX. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; able to train and motivate others.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and participate in on-call rotation.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification, CPO, MPO where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, make-readies, and timely repairs to standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Maintain pools, water quality, and CPO compliance.
• Schedule unit turns and manage work orders and invoicing.
• Inspect properties in Yardi and maintain maintenance binders.
• Lead and support maintenance technicians with safe practices.
• Communicate with Property and Portfolio Managers on priorities.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Yardi, Payscan for tracking.
• Read construction docs and maintain inventory.
