Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; proficient with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible to work weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations under Store Manager, ensuring fast, high-quality service.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors to maintain standards.
• Schedule team coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with brand values.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor daily sales, productivity, and KPIs to meet store goals.
