Job summary

Allied Orion Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Ranchview Townhomes in Greenville, TX. The role oversees property upkeep, makes apartment make-ready, and performs preventative maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs. Groundkeeping and pool duties may be required.

You’ll coordinate with the Community Manager and Service Manager to respond to resident work orders, establish priorities, and ensure safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical property and perform general maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems.
• Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in and make-ready tasks.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions and follow mold policy.
