Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee make-ready work, routine maintenance, and repairs for an apartment community. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, servicing appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will also prepare vacant units for occupancy, manage grounds and pool areas, and coordinate with management on safety and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of multi-family experience or equivalent combination.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders; establish priorities from schedules.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical components inside apartments.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and complete make-ready duties, including touch-ups and cleaning.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions and conduct safety audits as needed.
