Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service-related environment.
• Customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with sound judgement under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability likely, but no late nights or holidays.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services, educate guests on vehicle maintenance and review recommended services.
• Supervise daily service-center operations and train new team members.
• Build trust and loyalty by delivering excellent customer service through Valvoline’s process.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules for employees, ensuring coverage and labor-law compliance.
• Assist with inventory processes and scheduling orders.
