Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Assistant Service Center Manager to be the right hand of the Service Center Manager, leading a high‑performing team and ensuring policy execution while delivering a standout service experience.

You will train hourly staff, supervise daily operations, optimize schedules, manage inventory, and help build loyal customers through our quick, trusted process. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team)
• Customer service mindset and demonstrated ability to build loyalty while following company procedures
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and history of sound judgments under pressure
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance, trends, and identify areas for improvement
• Schedule flexibility (weekends likely; no late nights or holidays)
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Aufgaben

• Perform oil changes and related maintenance services; educate guests on maintenance needs
• Supervise daily operations and train new team members
• Build loyalty and deliver excellent customer service through Valvoline’s process
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules and manage coverage
• Assist with inventory and store audits to ensure safety and organization
• Open/close the service center following safety protocols
• Lead and train the team for development
