Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Newark, OH is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to support the Service Center Manager and lead a high-performance team. You will perform oil changes, train hourly staff, and ensure company policies are executed consistently while delivering fast, friendly service.

You will design and maintain weekly schedules, assist with inventory, and drive customer loyalty through VIOC's trusted process.

• Lead store audits and maintain a safe, organized service center.
• Open and close the service center following safety protocols.
• Mentor and develop the team to maximize performance.
