You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, and audits while training teammates for growth. This role offers weekly pay and growth into a Service Center Manager position within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience is required in a retail or service setting.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty while following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and educate guests on maintenance needs and recommended services.
• Supervise daily service-center operations and train new team members.
• Build trust and drive repeat business through excellent service.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules for staff and ensure labor law compliance.
• Assist with inventory processes and scheduling orders to keep stock levels balanced.
• Assist with store audits (safety, performance, culture) and keep the center clean and safe.
• Open and close the service center, following safety and security protocols.
• Lead and train the team to support their development.
