Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Coaching, training, and supervising a team in a retail or service environment.
• Customer service mindset and ability to build loyalty while following procedures.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Weekend availability likely; holidays off and PTO are available.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services and educate guests on vehicle needs.
• Supervise daily service center operations and train new team members.
• Build trust and loyalty through excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly schedules ensuring proper coverage and labor law compliance.
• Assist with inventory management and store audits.
• Open/close service center and maintain safety and security protocols.
• Lead and train the team to optimize development.
