Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Director at Sun Tan City to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment. You will drive store performance, coach a tanning consultant team, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals. Lead by example in all store operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will supervise team members, manage scheduling, and help control labor costs while upholding a professional salon standard and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced setting.
