Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an energetic Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail salon setting. You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and supervise tanning consultants to meet sales and operational goals.

This role requires leadership, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and daily reporting. Prior retail management or sales experience helps, but teamwork and a guest-focused attitude are

Qualifications

Experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
