Glow Brands is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team at Sun Tan City. This role focuses on maintaining a high-energy, client-centric environment, driving store performance, and supervising tanning consultants to meet productivity goals. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring exceptional client experiences, with opportunities for advancement within a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage.
