Sun Tan City is seeking an energetic Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment. You will help drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and lead by example to achieve productivity goals.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and a commitment to exceptional service. A showroom of benefits and opportunities for advancement are available in a dynamic team setting.

Competenze

• Experience in retail management or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and manage while ensuring client-centric service.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for Team Members and provide coaching/feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director functions.
• Assist Salon Director with revenue and expense control.
• Ensure proper staffing to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to bank visits when required.
• Typically five-day, 40–45 hour schedule depending on status.
