Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team. The Assistant Salon Director will drive store performance, foster exceptional client service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to achieve company goals.

You will lead by example, maintain a high-energy environment, and ensure operational excellence daily. Experience in retail management and customer service is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are important for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations and drive a client-centric experience.
• Lead by example to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals and provide coaching to Team Members.
• Generate sales reports and assist with budgeting and inventory.
