Job summary

Sun Tan City, part of Glow Brands, is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-focused environment in a fast-paced retail salon.

You will supervise tanning consultants, drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service while managing scheduling, reporting, and inventory. This full-time role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service and leadership skills required.
• Knowledge of sales and performance metrics.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations and performance.
• Lead and coach tanning consultants to achieve goals.
• Maintain clean, professional salon environment.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist with budgeting and labor cost control.
• Ensure coverage for nights, weekends as needed.
• Coordinate with Salon Director on revenue growth.
• Ensure excellent client experience.
