Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, client-focused environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, deliver exceptional service, and uphold operational excellence to exceed productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has retail management or sales exposure, strong leadership, and a passion for team development. This role offers advancement opportunities within Glow Brands and a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

College education preferred, but not required.
Experience in retail management or sales is a plus.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to supervise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and meet sales targets.
Maintain a clean, professional salon environment at all times.
Set clear goals and coach Team Members to improve performance.
Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support Salon Director tasks.
Assist in controlling top-line revenue and labor costs while ensuring great customer service.
