Glow Brands’ Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, client-centric environment, drive store performance, and supervise tanning consultants toward company goals.

Role requires leadership, coaching, and a strong service mindset; hours include nights and weekends, with a 40- to 45-hour schedule and opportunities for advancement within the Glow Brands family.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Experience in management or sales is preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and meet sales goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
