Everstory Partners is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead by example, guiding the sales team with exceptional customer care. You will organize client interactions, coach staff, and coordinate service offerings to help grieving families make informed decisions.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and strong organizational skills, with a compensation package that includes base salary and a performance bonus. Experience in cemetery or funeral services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet assigned sales quotas by overseeing sales and service at the location.
• Coach and counsel all Sales Staff to ensure high‑quality client servicing.
• Train staff on presentations and closing techniques to drive outcomes.
• Review daily results and appointments; provide actionable recommendations.
• Meet with clients on/offsite to gather family history and service details.
• Schedule Family Service employees and ensure coverage at all times.
• Ensure staff present all options and services to families, including site tours.
• Address routine and non-routine problems coordinating with other departments.
