Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, driving sales, overseeing store operations, and developing staff for future growth. The position offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within My Wireless locations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom experience is preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Help drive sales initiatives and achieve AT&T performance standards.
• Develop and train team members for growth into store manager roles when opportunities arise.
• Support marketing activities to maximize daily selling opportunities.
