You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily activities, support merchandising, and drive sales while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and a minimum of three years in sales or customer-facing roles within telecommunications or related industries.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a retail store.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
