Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail store operations in Miami, FL. You will partner with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and daily store performance, while coaching a team to achieve sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/customer experience in telecom, prior management experience, and strong planning/analytical skills. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
