Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail store operations, drive sales performance, and develop a team of retail sales consultants. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and customer experience, while engaging in off-site events and promotional activities.

The role provides paid training and opportunities for leadership growth, with responsibilities centered on delivering outstanding service and achieving business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations including merchandising and product launches.
• Drive meeting and exceeding sales objectives to provide an extraordinary customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
