Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to help lead the team and drive store performance. You will coach staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and support daily operations with a focus on profitability and shrink control.

You’ll work with a diverse merchandise assortment, including jewelry and electronics, and participate in a structured compensation plan with hourly pay, unlimited commission opportunities, and bonuses based on store results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams or as a supervisor.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
