Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Carmel, IN to help coach and lead the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products.

You will support the Store Manager in operations, staffing, training, and achieving sales targets, while maintaining an engaging store environment and promoting growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in a retail or telecommunications setting.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and store performance goals.
• Assist Store Manager in staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Mentor and train team members to improve performance.
• Help customers make buying decisions with exceptional service.
