Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our AT&T authorized team. You will support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions.

You will help manage daily store operations, drive sales initiatives, training, staffing, inventory, and appearance, while building a fun, productive work environment and pursuing career growth within My Wireless.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in wireless or retail sales preferred.
• Bilingual preferred but location-dependent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
