Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its Plymouth, Indiana retail team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

The position offers strong base pay plus commission, ongoing paid training, and clear paths for promotion.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.

• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
