My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Kendallville, IN to support the Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The role offers strong base pay, uncapped commissions, and a path to location management.

Youll participate in ongoing training, hit sales and operational targets, help manage staffing, inventory and store appearance, and mentor team members to grow into future

Qualifikationen

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
