My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Rochester, IN to support the Store Manager by coaching a sales team and delivering great customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will lead daily operations, help train staff, meet performance goals, and participate in marketing efforts while enjoying a base pay with commission, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or wireless is required.
• Experience in customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays are required.
• Ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching to drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual skills are preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day.
