• Must have management experience in retail or a similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operating standards.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Help manage location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
• Contribute to developing, training, and managing store team members.
