My Wireless Dallas is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will help coach and develop the store team, manage daily operations, inventory, and staffing while upholding AT&T standards. This role offers a strong base pay with uncapped commissions and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Management experience in wireless retail or similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives promptly.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in location operations, staffing, inventory and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in development and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop skills to become top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Collaborate as a team to exceed individual and team goals.
