My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager in West Lafayette, IN. You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and drive customer-focused sales ensuring quality technology solutions.

The role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear paths to manage locations. Expect a fast-paced team environment with opportunities for promotion and benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory and appearance.
• Assist in development, training and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
