America's Antique Mall in Highland, IN is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. This hands-on role includes supervision, training, and serving as Manager on Duty as needed.

You will support shoppers and vendors, maintain store standards, and help meet booth rentals and sales goals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with experience in retail leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Three years of retail, customer-service, hospitality, or related experience required.
• One year of supervisory, team-lead, key-holder, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable directing employees and resolving concerns.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and certain holidays.
• Ability to remain active for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Assistant Retail Store Manager supports daily operations, employee leadership, shopper and vendor service, store standards, booth rentals, and sales goals. This hands-on role also serves as Manager on Duty when assigned.
