America's Antique Mall in Streetsboro, OH seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our busy store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff and vendor occupancy, and uphold store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to recruit and onboard vendors. We offer a competitive salary, monthly bonus potential, paid time off, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

America's Antique Mall is hiring an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Streetsboro location.

America's Antique Mall is a unique retail marketplace featuring hundreds of independent vendors and small-business owners. We are committed to excellent service, strong vendor relationships, and a positive workplace.

The Retail Store Manager oversees store operations, employee leadership, vendor occupancy, sales performance, and store standards. This hands‑on role will help prepare the store for opening, recruit and onboard vendors, build the team, and support the location's long‑term success.
