Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our flea market. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Assistant Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service, with both our customers and our vendors. If you’re knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service and flea markets, we want to hear from you! This location will be open 7 days per week from 11am-7pm. Responsibilities

Qualifications
