Job summary

Signature Dining at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Dining Services Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple Dining Services locations. You will set the tone for guest experiences with a welcoming smile and guide staff to deliver WOW service, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, supervisory experience, and experience in food and beverage operations within a resort setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
• Experience in a resort or hospitality setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and operations to ensure service and safety standards are met
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure staff adheres to property policies and handle discipline and performance reviews
• Facilitate and maintain safety programs, training and documentation for guest safety
• Monitor overall guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with F&B support departments to ensure smooth service
• Schedule staff and ensure timekeeping accuracy
• Complete administrative tasks using various technology and software
• Assist with ordering inventory and other essential office functions
