Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management knowledge.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify staff and shift leads.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed; create and maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Assist with new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling; execute PoS setup per Brand standards.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements and laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability; assist in completing weekly labor schedule and staffing.
• Support RM in supplier/vendor orders and inventory; conduct self-assessments and action plans.
