Job summary

You will help recruit, onboard and coach crew and shift leaders, ensure Brand standards, safety, and clean operations, and manage costs to support store profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills needed for daily operations.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic writing skills required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in math and financial management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
