Job summary

Dunkin' in Edinburg, TX is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. In their absence, you perform all duties of the RM and help deliver great guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will lead team meetings, oversee brand training, manage staff, ensure brand standards, safety, scheduling and profitability while building a guest-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Execute product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safety, food safety and sanitation requirements and comply with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Assist RM with weekly labor scheduling and staffing.
• Support RM in supplier and vendor orders.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach team to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
