Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders and team during the Manager's absence.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager and oversee Brand Training programs.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed; execute product rollouts and in-store setup.
• Manage inventory, labor scheduling, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and respond to guest feedback with action plans.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members; coach performance.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and adherence to laws.
