Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in Rio Rancho is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold Blake’s standards.

You will assist the General Manager with budgeting, labor, and inventory, while training staff and maintaining health and safety compliance. This role requires 21+ and strong leadership, bilingual advantage, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Restaurant management experience preferred; degree or coursework in business acceptable.
• Ability to work 35+ hours weekly, including weekends/holidays.
• Must pass pre-employment background and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing restaurant operations and profitability.
• Ensure proper food prep using Blake’s standards.
• Lead and motivate staff to serve customers well.
• Maintain compliance with health codes and safety policies.
• Schedule staff and manage inventory and ordering.
• Handle deposits and cash handling per Book 1 policies.
